Arab Spring – Libya

  •  “I have met with these brave fighters, and they are not Al-Qaeda. To the contrary: They are Libyan patriots who want to liberate their nation. We should help them do it.” –
Senator John McCain in Benghazi, Libya April 22, 2011.” – They were duped, or in league. And in what way were they helped? I just read an article about a Libyan-American who went over there to fight (by his picture, he looked like a salafist). He was trained to use an ak47 and a Belgium weapon. The latter would indicate they were armed by NATO. Who trained them?
  • It appears to me that certain parties in Libya wanted the security detail withdrawn and the obama/hillary team obeyed. To whose advantage was it to leave the Consul unprotected? Probably those who want the Umma which is the whole Islamic bloc. The Muslim Brotherhood/Freedom Justice Party want more money from us so it wouldn’t be smart, though their mindset is scheming and devious therefore easily hoodwink the obama team. The Al Nour Party/Salafist Calling Party are infighting. Abdel Ghaffour is the leader, and Borhamy, the deputy leader. Ghaffour accused Borhamy of meeting secretly, to plot and scheme, with a well known security guy from Mubarak’s regime. Borhamy (teaches it;s okay to beat your wife) started throwing people out of the party, one of them the obnoxious spokesman Bakker who spread lies about the trailer movie, anyway it’s ongoing. Meanwhile Morsi has promoted Ghaffour to be his spokeman. They’re all battling for power and/or to maintain the power they now have…The Salafists have been the linchpin in the socalled “revolution”…they instigated in each area prior – which had to be with NATO’s permission. They’re currently in Syria and also policing each country that;s been “freed” filling the vaccum. The Islamic bloc want the area cleansed and bring all to allah etc.

And, of course, want no borders…
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWQKXrZbhbU

Egypt had the Ultras…football fan club members in the thousands. Libya released prisoners who were jailed by Qaddafi for terrorism. These socalled ex-terrorists became the “revolutionaries” or “freedom fighters”. They’re now used as security for traffic control, hospitals, banks…since there’s been a void after Qaddafi. One of the groups. Feb17 Martyre Brigade, “guarded” the Embassy.

  • I have no doubt there’ll be class warfare, racial, unfairness, have and have nots blah, blah, leading to riots in the country.

The Libyan revolution next door “Updated”

It was only matter of time when the revolution tides reach to Libya , it was only matter of time as we are all expecting that the middle country between Tunisia and Egypt will recover soon enough from the virus that has been ruling it for 40 years.
These vides show the protests that spread like fire yesterday February 17th
This video was filmed yesterday at Nafosa mount area ,South West Tripoli where Citizens torched the internal security station “police station” and the revolutionary committees along the photos of the colonel. You can hear the angry citizens chanting “ The people want to down the regime” and “The people want to down the colonel”

The following video actually was filmed on February 16th at Al Bayda city , citizens torched the revolutionary committee there “Like the NDP I suppose in Egypt. Al Bayda was from the early Libyan cities that witnessed protesters right after the Tunisian revolution.

Things are terrible in Benghazi and Al Bayda as far as , Benghazi recorded a death toll of 30 citizens last night while Al Bayda recorded 35 citizens so far in the past few days as I read. The following video has got graphic content , it was filmed at a morgue in some hospital in Benghazi

From the videos you can see and hear that there is a huge excessive use of violence against the unarmed protesters. I do not know where the video below was filmed but you can hear crystal clear the live ammunition in it in a scary war.

The snipers of security forces were being used in several districts across the country. Here are snipers spotted in Darnah, I think at security directorate

There are reports coming from the country that Qaddafi regime has cut water , electricity and gas from several cities.
According to Amnesty international not less 12 civilians were killed  were arrested in the past 2 days and this is just small estimation.
Now some Libyan Netizen “I suppose” used Google map to show us the locations of the protests across the country. “ great idea”

Libya has waited too long for this uprising that is evolving in front of us in to some sort of revolution , Libya does not deserve that crazy sick man and the Libyans have waited too long for this opportunity and they have be brave and not to be afraid from Qaddafi and his troops. The taste of freedom is not free and its price is paid in blood and this is why they should not be sad for the martyrs who were killed in this war of freedom.
God bless the Libyan people , God give strength to the grandchildren of Omar Al Mokhtar.
Now these Youtube Channels and Facebook groups are excellent source for the escalate uprising in Libya “Huge thanks to Libyan Girl”

FYI Qaddafi sent his cousin Ahmed Qaddaf El-Dam to Egypt to meet with the armed forces council from couple of days ago. Some sources say that the council refused to meet him while other sources say that the council met him.
CNN has reported that there is a protest currently of 50,000 citizens protesting after the burial of 30 martyrs.
The Libyans demand one demand : Qaddafi to step down.
Benghazi is currently on fire technically angry protesters have torched many of the regime’s buildings , in the past 48 hours Benghazi alone witnessed the burial of not less than 45 citizens !!

And This is Why Gaddafi Defended Zine

We considered the speech of Gaddafi as a sign of fear and it turned to be so because it turns out that there are some unrests in his country too.
There are unconfirmed news of small protests in several areas for the second day in row yet there are confirmed news that the Libyan citizens attacked some subsidized housing project and took over about 800 units in Benghazi with out the interfere of the security forces. According to news source Gaddafi encouraged the Libyans to do so as he admits that Libyans have been suffering from housing costs despite they were promised to be given affordable houses years ago!! “Do not ask why he has not solved this problem yet because he is not a president and it is these public committees problem !!” It seems that Gaddafi thinks that by this way he will control the Libyan people’s anger , he thinks that he understands the people’s anger but he is actually just like Ben Ali , does not understand anything. The Libyan citizens have paid for these houses as far as I understood and they have received nothing up till now.
According to couple of video clips posted on YouTube “Thanks to Dima Khatib” there were protests in Al Bayda , the 3rd largest cities in Libya because of the housing problem“there is a big Egyptian community there as it is close to the borders” You can watch the video clips below

Al Bayda Protest on the 15th of January
Al Bayda protests
Al Bayda protests

From couple of days ago the Libyan government lifted taxes and tariffs on food to avoid the unrests taking place in its neighbor countries especially Tunisia.
Libya witnessed from time to time unrests that are usually cracked  by the security forces and sometimes the army itself without the media exposure like for instance the Benghazi protests in 2006 which was actually ignited by the Libyan regime itself and later turned against it and what happened in Kufra in 2008.
The telecommunications and media sector is being controlled by the Gaddafi boys in a way you can’t believe it , even worse than Tunisia.
DO not think that this is a small issue because it started in Tunisia as a small thing and it turned as you all saw so great.
No wonder Gaddafi seems to be living on crack more than other day now !!
p.s Egyptians are joking online saying that Mubarak will be addressing the Libyan people soon telling them that no one is better for Libyan than Gaddafi.

Update # 1:
Thanks to Dima Khatib we began to understand what is happening , there have been protests earlier today , the protesters are the real owners of the units which were invaded by others with the approval of the security !
Here is another video from the city of Darnah in the East (Via : Al Manara media )

The angry protesters are allegedly protesting in front of a security center saying “Libya is being ruled by a gang” according to our Libyan friends !! How to solve a problem in Libya Gaddafi !!? You create another bigger one !! بالشفاء
Again please do not overlook what is happening in Libya like you did in Tunisia and suddenly you woke up on a revolution, now it is a national security issue for Egypt.
P.S I love the fact that these protests in cities most of us do not know give me the opportunity to read more about it.

Abdel Moneim El Shahat, spokesperson and one of the leaders of the Al-Nour Party. This party didn’t have a candidate for the 2012 election as their candidate was disqualified, without a clear Salafi candidate, the Nour Party settled on moderate Islamist Abdel Moneim Aboul Fotouh. However, the party eventually declared its support for Morsi in the second and final election round between Morsi and Ahmed Shafeek, the last prime minister appointed by Mubarak. This endorsement obviously won the Salafists some favors.

The New Libyan Zabibah-stan: Made Safe for Sharia?

August 22nd, 2011 by Andrew Bostom |

Mustafa Abduljalil, spokesman for the new Libyan Zabibah-stan.

Zabibahprominent* Libyan “rebel” spokesperson Mustafa Abduljalil, born in 1952 in Al Baida, one of the first cities to rise against Gaddafi, studied law and Islamic jurisprudence in Benghazi before embarking on a legal career that culminated in his appointment in 2007 as Qaddafi’s “minister of justice.” A Wikileaks memo from 1/27/2010 revealed,

In the course of the discussion of the Criminal Code, Abduljalil abruptly changed the subject from freedom of speech to the “Libyan people’s concern about the U.S. government’s support for Israel.” He averred that Libya cares deeply about Muslims everywhere, and about Muslim countries. In his view, the root cause of terrorism stems from the perception that Europe and the U.S. are against Muslims.

(* as per Koran 48:29, and its mainstream exegesis, the skin trauma-induced “prayer bump” from his repeated act of aggressively placing his head on the floor five times daily to help develop his fully Manichean “moderate” worldview)

***

Albeit without the awful toll of American blood, and far less American treasure, the US under President Obama’s feckless, if now “triumphal” leadership, has extended the delusive utopian policy of his Republican predecessor—“Making the World Safe for Sharia?”—to Libya.

The salient feature of Libya’s new draft constitution is Part 1, Article 1:

Islam is the Religion of the State, and the principal source of legislation is Islamic Jurisprudence (Sharia).

Once again, we appear to be witnessing  a regional Muslim phenomenon which the prototype Algerian jihadists of the 1990s formulated with succinct candor:

Islamic state by the will of the people.

‘BENGHAZI-GATE’   Massive cover-up!

On Wednesday evening, Glenn Beck delved into a laundry list of evidence revealing that the White House and President Obama have been far from honest when it comes to the recent embassy attacks in Libya and in Cairo.

The latest in a string of damning information now indicates that the State Department even rejected embassy staff’s request for additional security prior to the attack and that security threats were present in Libya for months prior to September 11, when U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens, two Navy SEALs and another American civil servant were killed.

Malkin Unloads on Obama Admin Over Libya Attack: ‘A Den of Lying Liars & Crap Weasels’

“You cannot vote in November without knowing…just how malicious, and just how reckless this administration has been with the truth and the lives of Americans…”

The coup de grace for the Obama administration, however, was in blaming a YouTube video for the attacks on U.S. embassies in Cairo and Benghazi when they were in fact premeditated. Watch below as Beck goes point for point through a powerful timeline of events — both in the administration and across the Middle East — that remove any shred of doubt that, as Beck put it, a cover-up far exceeding the Watergate scandal is at play.

A chronology of crucial moments leading up to and in the aftermath of the attacks is provided below courtesy of the Heritage Foundation:

April 6: IED thrown over the fence of the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi.

April 11: Gun battle erupts between armed groups two-and-a-half miles from the U.S. Consulate, including rocket-propelled grenades.

April 27: Two South African contractors are kidnapped by armed men, released unharmed.

May 1: Deputy Commander of U.S. Embassy Tripoli’s Local Guard Force is carjacked, beaten, and detained by ARMED YOUTH (Mediachecker ->aka Feb17 Martyr’s Brigade).

May 1: British Embassy in Tripoli is attacked by a violent mob and set on fire. Other NATO embassies attacked as well.

May 3: The State Department declines a request from personnel concerned about security at the U.S. Embassy in Libya for a DC-3 plane to take them around the country.

May 22: Two rocket-propelled grenades are fired at the Benghazi office of the International Committee of the Red Cross, less than 1 mile from the U.S. Consulate.

June 6: A large IED destroys part of the security perimeter of the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi. Creates hole “big enough for 40 men to go through.”

June 10: A car carrying the British ambassador is attacked in Tripoli. Two bodyguards injured.

Late June: The building of the International Red Cross attacked again and closed down, leaving the U.S. flag as the only international one still flying in Benghazi, an obvious target.

August 6: Armed assailants carjack a vehicle with diplomatic plates operated by U.S. personnel.

September 8: A local security officer in Benghazi warns American officials about deteriorating security.

September 11: Protesters attack the U.S. Cairo embassy. ***U.S. Embassy releases statement and tweets sympathizing with Muslim protesters/attackers.***

September 11: U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya is attacked, Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans are killed.

September 12: Secretary Clinton and President Obama issue statements condemning both the video and the attacks.

September 12: U.S. intelligence agencies have enough evidence to conclude a terrorist attack was involved.

September 13: Press Secretary Jay Carney condemns video and violence at a news conference.

September 14: Carney denies Administration had “actionable intelligence indicating that an attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi was planned or imminent.”

September 14: The bodies of slain Americans return to Andrews Air Force Base. President Obama again blames the YouTube video.

September 16: U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice appears on Sunday talk shows and says the attacks were provoked by the video, exclusively.

September 16: Libyan President Mohamed Magarief says, “no doubt that this [attack] was preplanned, predetermined.”

September 17: State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland refuses to call attacks an act of terror.

September 19: CNN reports having found Ambassador Stevens’s diary, which indicates concern about security threats in Benghazi. (mediachecker -> it took CNN, who never moved out of their hotel in Iraq, Serbia et al, to find the diary!!!

September 19: Director of the National Counterterrorism Center Matthew Olsen tells Congress the attack in Libya was “terrorism.”

September 20: Carney tries to back up Olsen, says it was “self-evident that what happened in Benghazi was a terrorist attack.”

September 20: Obama refuses to call attack terrorism, citing insufficient information.

September 21: Secretary of State Clinton, at meeting with Pakistani Foreign Minister, says, “What happened in Benghazi was a terrorist attack.”

September 25: On ABC’s “The View,” Obama says, “we don’t have all of the information yet so we are still gathering.”

September 25: To the U.N. assembly, Obama blames “A crude and disgusting video sparked outrage throughout the Muslim world.”

September 26: Libya’s Magarief on the “Today” show says, “It was a preplanned act of terrorism directed against American citizens.”

September 26: Published reports show U.S. Intel agencies and the Obama Administration knew within 24 hours that al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist were involved.

September 27: Innocence of Muslims filmmaker Mark Basseley Youseff (aka Nakoula Basseley Nakoula) is arrested and denied bail on the charges of “probation violation.”

September 28: Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper, Jr., issues a statement backing the Obama Administration’s changing story about the Libyan attack. Says facts are evolving.

October 2: Carney declines to comment on reported requests from diplomats in Libya for additional security, citing the State Department’s internal investigation.

October 3: WaPo reporter found at least one document indicating that Americans at the mission were discussing the possibility of an attack in early September, two days before the assault took place.  “In the event of an attack on the U.S. Mission,” the document states, “QRF will request additional support from the 17th February Martyrs Brigade.”

Uncle Sam, more or less, crossed to the “other side.”

It is this alliance or support for “martyrs” and their sympathizers in Libya, Tunisia, Egypt and Syria that is the betrayal from which Benghazi-gate rises, particularly as our veterans’ cemeteries and hospitals are filled with casualties caused by such “martyrs.”

New details of Sept. 11 consulate attack in Libya

By Bradley Klapper, The Associated Press
October 9, 2012

WASHINGTON (AP) Senior State Department officials provided a more detailed picture Tuesday of the consulate attack in Benghazi, Libya, that killed U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans. A look at how they say the attack took place:

Sept. 10-11, 2012

Stevens arrives in Benghazi and holds meetings on and off the consulate grounds on Sept. 10. He spends the night, and for the 11th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on the U.S. holds meetings only inside the compound. It is an enclosed area about 300 yards long by 100 yards wide, with a 9-foot outer wall topped by barbed wire and augmented by barriers, steel drop bars and other security upgrades. There are four buildings in the compound. Five diplomatic security officers are present, along with four members of a local militia deployed by Libya’s government to provide added security.

Around 8:30 p.m.

Stevens finishes his final meeting of the day and escorts a Turkish diplomat outside the main entrance of the consulate. The situation is calm. There are no protests.

Around 9:40 p.m.

Agents hear loud noises, gunfire and explosions near the front gate. A barracks at the entrance housing the local militiamen is burnt down. Agents viewing cameras see large group of armed men flowing into the compound. Alarm is sounded. Telephone calls are made to the embassy in Tripoli, officials in Washington, the Libyan authorities and a U.S. quick reaction force located at a second compound a little over a mile away.

Grabbing weapons

One agent, armed with a sidearm and an M4 submachine gun, takes Stevens and computer specialist Sean Smith to a safe room inside one of the compound’s two main residences. It has a heavy metal grill and several locks, medical supplies and water, and windows that can be opened only from the inside. The other agents equip themselves with long guns, body armor, helmets and ammunition at other buildings. Two try to make it to the building with Stevens. They are met by armed men and are forced to retreat.

Attackers breach the compound

Attackers penetrate Stevens’ building and try to break the grill locks for the safe room, but cannot gain access. They dump jerry cans of diesel fuel in the building, light furniture on fire and set aflame part of the exterior of the building. Two of the remaining four agents are in the compound’s other residence. Attackers penetrate that building, but the agents barricade themselves in and the attackers can’t reach them. Attackers try to enter the tactical operations center, where the last two agents are located. They smash up the door but cannot enter the building.

Americans trapped

Meanwhile, Stevens’ building rapidly fills up with thick diesel smoke and burning fumes from the furniture. Inside, visibility is less than 3 feet. Unable to breathe, the Americans go to a bathroom and open a window, but still can’t get enough air. They decide to leave the building. The agent goes first, flopping out onto a patio enclosed by sandbags. He takes immediate fire, including probably rocket-propelled grenades. Stevens and Smith don’t come out of the building. The agent, suffering severely from smoke inhalation, goes in and out of the building several times to look for them. He then climbs a ladder to the roof of the building and collapses. He radios the other agents to alert them to the situation there.

The other four agents are able to reunite and take an armored vehicle to Stevens’ building. They reach the collapsed agent and try to set up a perimeter. They take turns going into the building, searching on hands and knees for the missing Americans. Smith is pulled out, dead. Stevens cannot be found.

Reinforcements

A six-person quick reaction security team arrives from their compound across town. About 60 Libyan militiamen accompany them. They attempt to secure a perimeter around Stevens’ building, and take turns going inside. Taking fire, Libyan forces determine they can’t hold the perimeter. A decision is made to evacuate the compound and return with everyone to the reaction force’s compound.

Evacuation

Agents pile into an armored vehicle, with Smith’s body, and leave through the main gate. They face immediate fire. Crowds and groups of men block two different routes to the security compound. Heavy traffic means they are traveling only about 15 mph, and trying not to attract attention. On a narrow street they reach a group of men who signal for them to enter a compound. They sense an attack and speed away, taking heavy fire from AK-47 machine guns at a distance of only 2 feet, and hand grenades thrown against and under the car. Two tires are blown out.

They speed past another crowd of men and onto a main street and across a grassy median into opposing traffic. The agents drive against traffic, eventually reaching their compound. Security gets into firing positions around the compound and on the roof. They take more gunfire and rocket-propelled grenades intermittently for several hours.

More reinforcements

In the night, a team of reinforcements from the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli arrives on a chartered aircraft at the Benghazi airport and reaches the security compound.

Around 4 a.m.

The compound’s building is hit by mortar fire. The roof is hit and two security personnel are killed. One agent involved in the attack from the beginning is severely wounded. The men decide to evacuate the city entirely. They spend the next hours securing the annex and moving a large convoy of vehicles to the airport. They evacuate on two flights.

On the day of the attack on the US Mission it was 3:30 pm. In Libya it was 9:30p.

****Where was Obama during the 6 hours?****

Notes: Why were the guards taking pictures as relayed by Sean Smith to his friend on Eve? It would appear to be for ID purposes to the person on the other end of the cell phone which would lead one to believe the terrorists involved didn’t know him. The Ambassador was captured alive and isolated in a room alone.  Who visited him in the room and what did they do to him? Reports have stated he was raped and dragged through the streets. This was a man who spent his career trying to appease terrorists, he thought they were his friends, it was a one-sided friendship, and his mistake in trusting them cost him his life.  Now his “friends” in the WH, whom he also trusted, are lying, covering up the facts leading to his death, to cover their own butts. It’s immoral and shameful.

Brotherhood Not Extremist, Intel Leaders Say

February 16, 2011

Director of National Intelligence JAMES CLAPPER emphasized the heterogeneous nature of the Brotherhood, saying its ideology and approach varies from country to country and describing a generational gap between old-line conservatives and younger members more willing to participate in secular political systems.

“This is not a monolithic organization,” CIA Director LEON PANETTA told the Senate Intelligence Committee. It has lawyers and professionals among its ranks, so while “it is clear that within the Muslim Brotherhood there are extremist elements,” it’s difficult to label the organization as a whole.

In that same House Intelligence Committee hearing, FBI Director ROBERT MUELLER was less forgiving. “Obviously, elements of the Muslim Brotherhood here and overseas have supported terrorism,” he said. http://www.investigativeproject.org/2600/brotherhood-not-extremist-intel-leaders-say

The Muslim Brotherhood’s American Defenders

That these front groups, including the unindicted terror funding co-conspirators, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), play a key role in shaping the Obama administration’s agenda is beyond dispute. Senior administration officials including Mogahed have close ties to these groups. There is an ample body of evidence that suggests that the administration’s decision to side with the hostile Muslim Brotherhood against its allies owes to a significant degree to the influence these Muslim Brotherhood front groups and their operatives wield in the Obama administration.

To take just one example, last October the Obama administration agreed to purge training materials used by US intelligence and law enforcement agencies and eliminate all materials that contained references to Islam that US Muslim groups associated with the Muslim Brotherhood had claimed were offensive.

The administration has also FIRED counterterrorism trainers and lecturers employed by US security agencies and defense academies that taught their pupils about the doctrines of jihadist Islam.

The administration also APPOINTED representatives of Muslim Brotherhood-aligned US Muslim groups to oversee the approval of training materials about Islam for US federal agencies.

Minutes earlier, Clapper acknowledged that the Brotherhood “probably is supportive” of weapons smuggling to Hamas terrorists in Gaza. He could not say what the Muslim Brotherhood would do regarding Egypt’s 32-year-old peace treaty with Israel.

Clapper used part of his opening remarks to clarify comments he made about the Brotherhood before a House committee hearing last week. In response to a question at that hearing, he called the Brotherhood “a very heterogeneous group, largely secular, which has eschewed violence.”

Clapper’s comments triggered disbelief among many in Washington last week, with Rep. Sue Myrick, R-N.C., saying the administration either didn’t know much about the Brotherhood “or they are apologizing for them, which is inappropriate for those in charge of protecting the American people. Let’s be clear – the Muslim Brotherhood is NOT secular.”

In that same House Intelligence Committee hearing, FBI Director Robert Mueller was less forgiving. “Obviously, elements of the Muslim Brotherhood here and overseas have supported terrorism,” he said.

Clapper acknowledged using a “less than precise turn of phrase,” and said the Brotherhood is not secular, but in Egypt works within a largely secular political system. Its support, he said, is based on grass roots outreach and social services such as health clinics. It “likely will be a part of the political process in Egypt,” he said.

A Brotherhood representative is on an eight-member committee charged with recommending changes to Egypt’s suspended constitution by the end of next week. The existing constitution bars religious groups from forming political parties, but the Brotherhood’s presence on the committee, along with its stated intention to form a party to run candidates for parliament, indicate that limitation is not likely to endure.

As we reported last week, Article 2 of the Brotherhood’s bylaws call for it “to establish Allah’s law in the land by achieving the spiritual goals of Islam and the true religion.” That includes “the need to work on establishing the Islamic State, which seeks to effectively implement the provisions of Islam and its teachings.”

General Guide Muhammad Badi emphasized that point in a sermon given last September, saying the Quran should be the law of Egypt and that Muslims are duty-bound to bring that about…. http://townhall.com/columnists/carolineglick/2012/07/28/the_muslim_brotherhoods_american_defenders/page/full/

Washington’s war in Yemen Backfires:

http://www.thenation.com/article/166265/washingtons-war-yemen-backfires#

Video obtained from al-Qaeda-linked militants shows the Ansar al-Sharia group in Yemen parading weapons and ammunition obtained after an attack on the town of Zinjbar on Sunday (March 4). The assault killed 110 people and led to the capture of at least 50 government soldiers: http://video.answers.com/yemen-militants-show-off-stolen-weapons-517298897#

The Muslim Brotherhood are working and advising from inside the Obama Administration according to Michelle Bachmann. The trust they have given the MB can be demonstrated by the verbal response, and policies and procedures employed by those who are supposed to protect us.

Leon Panetta, James Clapper, (Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan..see link above) have similar views of the Muslim Brotherhood while Robert Mueller is in agreement with Michelle Bachmann as he bluntly states the MB support terrorism. It doesn’t take a genius to understand why the FBI were delayed in getting to the scene – trumped up “visa problem” issues.

Note: It was clear that Ms Lamb was following her boss’ policies and procedures outlined by the State Department. She stated they replaced marines with trained local “brigades” to guard the US Mission. If she/they were comfortable insodoing why did she/they want to hide the Brigades proper name? She mentioned the 17 February Martyrs Brigade as…17Feb or 17Feb Brigade…omitting their proper name, the 17 February Martyrs Brigade. Why omit the word Martyr? (the same was done at the government conference with the MSM – read the transcript), the NY Times hence the rest of the media continue to omit that important word. But reports have shown that Al Sharia works hand and hand with Feb 17 Martyrs Brigade – the brigade in charge of guarding the Consul.

Lamb also said at the hearing that these trained locals who replaced the marines were used because it had a pattern of success which begs the question where has their policies succeeded? An example – Yemen – the CSU (trained and armed by the state dept) ran when Al Sharia attacked their base leaving the terrorists to seize anti-air missiles, modern weaponry, trucks…see video above. It resulted in 110 killed and 50 taken hostage.

What is the vetting criteria used when hiring locals for Security?

Who oversees the policy to ensure it’s a working policy and they do see failures what is the back-up plan?

What is their measure for success?

The seizing of modern sophisticated weapons, tanks, trucks etc., from Z in Tehran by Ansar al Sharia (and most likely al Qaeda’s other offshoot Feb17th Martyr’s Brigade) have demonstrated not only a massive failure on our side, but would give anyone pause that the Jihadi Salafists now have the weaponry to attack wherever and whenever they wanted. That alone should have been enough to deem it a total and utter failure – Carters Iran.

Thusfar the only successes one can see are on the side of the Muslim Brotherhood. Makes one wonder who Obama et al are really working.
