Criticizing Islam Now a Thought Crime!
Political party leader Paul Weston was arrested by police and faces up to two years in jail for criticizing the religion of Islam during a public speech in the United Kingdom.
Weston’s “racially aggravated” hate crime consisted of him quoting Winston Churchill.
Weston’s arrest reveals the chilling implementation of thought crime in Britain and how political correctness is being used as a weapon with which to destroy the edifice of freedom of speech across the western world.
A quote from an 1899 book by Winston Churchill, “The River War,” in which he describes Muslims he apparently observed during Kitchener’s campaign in the Sudan:
“How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia (rabies) in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy. The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live. A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property – either as a child, a wife, or a concubine – must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Thousands become the brave and loyal soldiers of the faith: all know how to die but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith.”
He was obviously proving a point. Things have changed a lot since Churchill. Resolution 16/18 already appears to be in the UK. Coming to the USA sooner rather than later if Hillary Clinton and the 57 Islamic states have a say in it. Remember the 57 stated it was their highest priority. Whatever they have on Obama and the Clintons must be big. I’d love to awaken in the morning – read the headlines stating they’d all resigned. heh
Suppress has the “hold back, hold down, stop” overtone.
- Oppress has the “weigh down, burden” overtone.
- Repress has the “control–and physical control” overtone.
The first two have been implemented under stealth. The last is coming…
